ItMackin Surfwear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you can return it within 28 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange.

1. Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 28 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
- Sale items are eligible for returns unless otherwise stated.
2. How to Initiate a Return

- Provide your order number and reason for the return.
- Our team will provide you with a return authorisation and instructions on how to send your item(s) back to us.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification.
- If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
5. Exchanges
- If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please contact our customer service team at info@itmackin.com.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- If the desired item is not available, a refund will be issued.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@itmackin.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
- We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
